At Sew Shop Treasures, each item is prepared with care. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Returns are not accepted for preference reasons, including but not limited to changes of mind or color preference.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, a refund will be issued once the item has been returned/investigated. In these cases, a replacement will not be provided.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Items posted as final sale are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized items (when offered)
Sale or clearance items
